"In those days there was no king in Israel; every man did what was right in his own eyes".

By Roy Chen

Based on a novel by Ze'ev Jabotinsky

Directed by Noam Shmuel

In a dark historical period when "there was no king in Israel, but every man did that which was right in his own eyes" - a new leader emerges named Samson - a warrior, a judge, a nazirite.

Delilah, the daughter of a handmaid, fall in love with Samson, but as it is written in the Song of Songs: Love is strong as death; jealousy is cruel as the grave.

In this thrilling story of the life of this land, myth intertwines with ethos, destruction with eros, and personal fate with the fate of a people.

Jabotinsky drew parallels between the period of the Judges and the British Mandate, but the book proves no less relevant to our own times.
