A play by Edmond Rostand

Directed by Rimas Tuminas

Cyrano de Bergerac has it all: sharp wit, a brilliant military career, and a large heart. So why does he consider himself unworthy of Roxane's love? Perhaps because his nose is as big as his heart?

He lends his eloquence to the handsome Christian, a young soldier unfamiliar with the poetry of love, with its lofty language and poetic rhyme. Christian wins Roxane's heart with beautiful love letters written by Cyrano.

But how long will this affair last?

The French playwright Edmond Rostand created an unforgettable love triangle, becoming one of the greatest classical plays in world theater.

Furst performance: December 29, 2023

Duration: two hours 30 minutes with intermission
